This is the SMN branch closest to the church, on the 1st floor of the La Renaissance department store, next to the designer bags, a bit hidden. Basically the prices are the same in every store and the staff are quite friendly.

I had a hard time finding the store the first day. I tried again the next day and finally found it. It was so far back that I couldn't find it. It's on the second floor of the Rinascente department store. It's in the back, past Chloè, Versace, and Jacquemus. The staff are very friendly, and they have a wide selection. I bought a diffuser and they gave me two perfume samples :)

Went to their Via Madonnina store before to test which one i like and the next day i decided to just go to the one in La Rinascente to get what i want because it’s nearer to me. Location wise, it’s a bit confusing. It took me around 15 mins to find the store in Rinascente and i did asked around and they were clueless as well(that’s weird). It was located at ‘M’ floor and it was behind Loewe. Basically u have to walk past Loewe only u would see the Santa Maria Novella store. The experience was good though it took quite sometimes to get help because there was only 1 SA during my visit and the store was occupied with quite number of customers at that time due to the time of the year where christmas shopping was in full blast. So, it’s understandable. When it was my turn, i’m so glad the SA gave me the full experience of shopping with the brand. She started off with the history of the brand and tell me everything that i need to know about every each of the products they carry. So full of knowledge and i love that. When i made my purchase, the SA was very nice to ask what sample i want to try and decided to give me bunch of colognes and lotions to try that can last me at least for a year. So grateful for the kind and thoughtful SA. Please go find Gaia(i hope i spell her name correctly) next time if u want to buy something at Santa Maria Novella in La Rinascente. She’s so nice and helpful
