I've always been curious about the Yokohama store because it's always so busy, but I felt it was too intimidating for me to go in. Today, I happened to be passing by NEWoMan Takanawa on an errand, and a staff member, M, spoke to me. She was incredibly kind, explained the products to me, and even let me try them out. This was my first time at Takanawa Gateway, and I spent some time browsing the many perfume shops. I often see Santa Maria online, but there aren't many places that sell their products, so I was curious about it. I thought the Eau de Cologne Discovery Set only contained a few types, but it actually had 10-20 different fragrances, and I was glad I could try them all. They also had the Eau de Parfum series, which I'd never seen before. The customer service was incredibly polite and impressive.

As everyone has written, the store manager, Mr. Hiraoka, provides excellent customer service. It's been hard to find customer service that exceeds expectations these days, but he made my shopping experience truly enjoyable, and his wonderful personality has made me a big fan. I'd dropped in before and received such courteous service that I'd decided that if I ever needed to buy something, I'd definitely buy it here. This time, when I was looking to buy perfume for my husband for Valentine's Day, he made a variety of suggestions. He even recommended different scents, and I was able to choose the perfect product. When I was unsure what scent to use on the gift wrapping, he gave me a different scent to wear, and then sprayed two pumps on my arm, so I smelled great the whole time I was shopping, and I was filled with happiness until I left. It was a wonderful shopping experience that already makes me want to buy more! Thank you very much 😊
