Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella was born as a Dominican friars’ convent in Florence, Italy in 1221. Since then, we select nature’s finest ingredients to give life to authentic, beauty-seeking routines for the home and the body.
Come to any of our stores or shop online our newest Eau de Parfums, Eau de Colognes, soaps, candles and skincare and bath products. The historical location, of Via Della Scala 16, Florence and also the very first operational site for the Maison, it is today a boutique museum where history brings alive the magic with care, savoir-faire, elegance and we are committed to preserve, and evolve, a heritage like no other.

Went to buy my mother-in-law a Christmas gift, they have all sorts of fancy scented things she'll love. If you like diptyque or Joe Malone, check this place out. The young lady who helped me was wonderful, told us all about the history of the company and helped us smell a bunch of different flavors of hand soaps and drawer scenters. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely delightful first experience! Beautiful, clean interior with a thoughtful layout and a happy, stellar team. Prior to yesterday, I had not heard of the brand before. Imagine my excitement when I found this gem nestled among the boutiques on the first floor of South Coast Plaza. Victor was so patient and kind and literally made me feel so comfortable. He let me try everything I wanted to and turned a browser into a shopper! He is so sweet and such a vibe. His attention to detail and recommendations were top-tier. Went with the Alba di Seoul. Considering the Acqua and Quercia as the next two contenders. Honorable mentions for the Angeli di Firenze, Rosa Novella, Rosa Gardenia, and Rosa. Magnolia is nice, too. I think you can tell by now what my scent profile entails. Love the scents and how they dry down. Best of all, amazing sillage and despite its initial potency, dries down into something so classy, elegant, and chic. Subtle yet packs a punch. Came by again today and was greeted courteously by Victor and Angelina. Victor is truly the one for me omg. I pre-ordered 2 bottles of the Cinquanta precisely because of his amazing kindness and enthusiasm toward helping his clients find the best scent for them. Just go, you won’t be disappointed. The Cinquanta has soft green tea notes that dry down so elegantly. I cannot wait for these to become mine.

An absolutely exceptional store. Everything is laid out beautifully. Strong recommendation to go when Cassidy is there, she was effusive and bubbly and kind. A fine representative of the brand - I will be back!
